They are always on task with everything I’m always satisfied with everything. Just one time they let me down i went in they told me they the i guess there se scwers they need to put on my frame plate to put my plates on. But they said they already sent for them im suposed to go in this week and get that done. But other than that everything is always awsome love them there always good with everything. Thank you.

My salesman Orrin was fantastic! He worked very hard to find the truck I needed and I felt I got a good deal! He gets 5 stars! Laura, the girl that did paperwork though, was rude! She would not explain the 1 question I asked and interrupted me constantly. She gets ZERO stars! Orrin is the reason I continued with the purchase.

I brought my 2024 Tahoe in for its first oil change. I had also ordered roof racks for my Tahoe and they had come in. I had ordered them off of an email I received from GM. I used my rewards to pay for most of the cost. The email stated the cost for installation of the rails was $30, which I included on the price. I had called the service department and they told me $30 installation was not enough. That was okay for me , I'll try and install them myself, but I want my $30 refunded. Parts person told me they couldn't just refund the $30 because I used my rewards? Then I looked at the refund sheet and it says customer refuses installation, which I did not. I went to look for John Perez, the salesman I bought my Tahoe from. A guy came out of a office and asked if he could help me, I told him who I was looking for, John was in a meeting. I told this guy my problem and he said follow me. We went out to the service bay and he told them to install my roof rails as soon as the oil change was finished. This guys name I found out later was Ed, I think he was the General Manager. I appreciate everything he did for me and the next time I go there I want to go and meet him. That's the kind of service I appreciate and I will continue buying vehicles from that dealership because of what one person did for me. I am a veteran and a retired Firefighter and will tell everyone I know what Ed did for me. Thanks

The service representative Emily was pretty easy to work with get the vehicle in the issue I had though was the lack of communication between the services representative and the mechanic who was working on my car due to prior theft on the vehicle I handed the service representative the Killswitch fobs so that the car could start and be work on and with doing so the mechanic didn't know about it and I was pretty frustrated that it wasn't communicated between the two. As stated it was stolen the last time it was work on by y'all and told the mechanic the reason I was so upset about it and that was because I had spare lugs and key lug for the car and the key and spare lugs were than taken by your team so I left it at that I hope next time I come in there's better communication

Horrible experience with a routine front brake service for pads and rotor resurface. Invoice #538398 Tag# T4546. Made loud popping sound when driving vehicle on highway when service was completed. Had to take vehicle back to find root cause. Manager said it was due to loose bolts without torque.

When I take my car anywhere else for an oil change, they check all my tire pressures, fill up my washer fuid, and do everything to leave my car with no trace of them inside it. I got back in my car and the frist thing I noticed was the dirty arm print on my console. Then all the grease prints around my car exterior where it had been touched. And they didn't do the tire rotation like I had also scheduled. I drove an hour to have jt done there because I got free oil changes for a year. But if this is how it is going to be, it's not worth it.

I had both of my cars’ oil changed. The service was done in a reasonable amount of time, everyone I spoke to was friendly. However when I got back in my Trailblazer, there was something all over the windshield. I could hardly see to drive home. It looked like oil. On my Camaro, the glue from the previous sticker was still there, and the new one was half on and there was a dirty hand print on the door on the inside and one on the windshield. I have never had anything like this happen before.

Came in to get an oil change, they quickly greeted me and put my truck in line. Later, they had found out they were out of the oil that I requested. Nathan came in and told me as soon as he found out. He asked me if it would be alright to use a different oil, I told him that would be fine. The thing that impressed me was that they could have just put in the another oil and not said a word. Instead, they showed integrity, something that is missed all too often these days. Everything was good except when they told me I had to move to a different line and before I could get moved someone else pulled into the line and the worker doing the check in told me I would go before that vehicle and that did not happen then when they were done with my vehicle they moved it to front of building and I waited almost 15 minutes before they brought keys and paperwork

I asked them to look at a tire on drivers side rear that was loosing air, all of a sudden I have a Front passenger tire with what the paper syas is tirewear with a nail that cant be fixed, at 30k miles I doubt it and fixed a nail in the rear tire on passenger side. No mention of tire rotation. Side they did a multipoint inspection yet all tires were diff inflation, the new one one being over 10lbs more then the rest. Usual stuff, people are used to it.

Pete at front desk was very polite and informative. The fuel pump was replaced in 2 days that was great. I continued to have problemas with vehicle, transmission issues. I spoke to Pete & he request to take my truck to dealership next week to test drive. If it is transmission it will take up to 3 months in the shop to replace. This is the only vehicle I have, I will be a very difficult situation.

On Saturday 8th, between the hours of 8 to 10:30 a.m. I was there for a oil change. I had 3 items on my back seat. I had a insulated Bag for frozen food a package of 2 women's body shirt's and a SHOKZ/openrun Headphones set. One item was missing which I didn't notice til I was home looking for them. My Headphones SHOKZ brand which I just got from my son for my birthday in July. Had I known they were going to be taken I would have put them away, but I forgot to get them. I know I probably won't get them back. But I just wanted you to know. I was in a 2018 Chevy Colorado. Very upsetting!!!😡 Cause I still have to return for future oil changes. I called on Monday the 10th to report it to the Service Manager but he never called me back, Mr. Abel Anchondo.

Sammy was fantastic! He kept me informed and really pushed for me to get my car back asap. My only complaint is with the Warranty. Being told that everything is covered for 2 years with the "included" Warranty and then finding out that i paid for the Warranty, had to pay$250 for repairs and had to pay the entire 16 days rental car. So that set me back about $900. That i didn't have to spare. Wish I would've read the fine print but I made the mistake by trusting you guys and buying there in the first place.

I recently purchased a truck at All American Chevrolet and had an excellent experience working with Ozzy. He’s not a pushy salesman at all, which I really appreciated. Ozzy lets you browse without hounding you, looking over your shoulder, or giving unwanted opinions like you often get with typical salespeople. Once I found the truck I wanted, I showed Ozzy which one it was, took it for a test drive, and told him to make it happen. From that point on, the process was one of the smoothest truck-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was straightforward, stress-free, and efficient. Many thanks to Ozzy for making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping at All American Chevrolet.
